Geriatrician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Geriatrician to join our team in providing specialized care for older adults. The successful candidate will work within an interdisciplinary team to manage complex medical conditions, optimize patient independence, and improve overall quality of life.

Requirements

• MD degree with specialization in Geriatric Medicine
• Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) in Geriatric Medicine (or equivalent)
• Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience working in an interdisciplinary healthcare environment is an asset
