
Job description
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading overall branch operations to ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team development. This role drives business performance, supports company initiatives, and ensures alignment with FBM's standards, values, and long-term growth objectives.
Direct and coordinate daily branch activities, monitor operational performance, ensure execution of company policies, and support budgeting processes. Provide leadership, coaching, and development for all branch personnel, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and promote a customer-first mindset.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. They will be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with a minimum of 2+ years of management or leadership experience in construction or building materials distribution.
