Role Overview

What You Will Do

Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle, performing appropriate repairs, completing approved service, testing and adjusting vehicle systems, performing scheduled maintenance service, and advising customers and associates.

Requirements

• Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers
• Diagnostic specialist with modern technology knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to providing a superior customer experience
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basis
