Manufacturing Technician (G-Project)

The Manufacturing Technician ensures the proper operation of assigned production processes, operates production systems, and manages production equipment. The technician is responsible for accurately recording results, downtime, and other events during their shift, and actively participates in teams developing corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; higher education is a plus
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role or CNT production
• Primary Skills: Basic technical knowledge and aptitude for operating production equipment, thorough understanding of production processes, strong communication skills across all organizational levels, organizational skills, reliability, and ability to delegate, ability to prioritize and make decisions, willingness to work shifts and perform overtime, positive attitude and adaptability to temporary roles as needed, team-oriented and fit for shift work
