Job Description
Foxdale Village, a life plan community, is seeking a Dining Services Healthcare Lead to provide leadership and oversight for the dietary aides in the skilled nursing unit. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of dining services experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Provide oversight for Dining Associates-Healthcare and coordinating the daily work in Anthony House.
- Meet with new admissions to collect, document and communicate food preferences.
- Ensure that temperature logs are completed are within normal limits.
- Provide orientation and training to employees on Anthony-specific diet textures, adaptive equipment, and IDDSI standards.
- Complete Dining Audits to ensure operational excellence.
