Ausbildung zur Mikrotechnologin / zum Mikrotechnologen (all genders)

Our goal at the Fraunhofer Institute for Photonic Microsystems IPMS is to develop innovative technology solutions and implement them in practice. We are looking for a Training as Microtechnologist to join our team and learn about microchips, microsystems, and their application in high-tech devices. The training program will be a diverse combination of theory and practice, and will include creating microchips, semiconductor components, and microsystems in process engineering processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma, vocational high school diploma, or Abitur
• Good knowledge of German, English, physics, computer science, and mathematics
• Scientific interest and technical understanding
• Handicraft fine sense
• Sensitivity and concentration
• High learning ability and commitment
