As a Postdoctoral Researcher in IT Law & Contract Management, you will work on connecting scientific research with operational legal work, supporting the Fraunhofer SIT in legal and contractual matters, and conducting research in the field of IT law, particularly in data protection and cyber security research law.

Requirements

• Study of law in Germany
• Knowledge in contract law, preferably in the scientific field
• Advanced knowledge of US law, demonstrated e.g. by an LL.M. degree, longer research or work stay in the USA
• Independent and structured way of working
• Negotiation skills and communication skills
