High School Graduate or GED, 6 months to 1 year of PV installation experience, Ability to communicate with others professionally and concisely
Crew Lead
1+ year experience, 6 months of leading a crew, electrical and roof racking experience, and a high school graduate or GED
Solar Electrician
3+ years of electrical installation and repair experience, valid electrician license, and strong knowledge of current NEC codes
Roof Lead
1 year of PV installation experience, High School Graduate or GED, valid driver's license, and leadership skills
Solar Crew Lead
High School Graduate or GED, 1+ year experience, Electrical and roof racking experience
Solar Roof Lead
High school degree, 1 year of PV installation experience, and valid state driver's license required
Electrician
3+ yrs electrical experience, valid electrician license, experience with residential systems & NM codes. Manual dexterity and strong problem-solving skills needed
Electrical Installer
HS Diploma/GED required. Electrician license and at least 3 yrs experience. NEC code knowledge and ability to drive a vehicle. Excellent interpersonal/problem-solving skills are needed
Electrician Apprentice
2 years of electrical installation and repair experience, high school graduate or GED, and ability to read and interpret single line drawings
Solar Installer
6 months to 1 year of PV installation experience, High School Graduate or GED
