Job Description
Broadway Cityview is seeking PRN/PT Certified Medication Aides to assist residents with daily living tasks, including medication administration under the supervision of a nurse. The role offers a front-row seat to the inspiring lives of senior citizens and a chance to contribute to a company committed to the future of senior living. It's an entry-level position but requires compassionate care and the ability to follow instructions.
Requirements
- Successful completion from a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
- Successful completion of the State approved Medicine Aide Course (and continuing education, if applicable).
- Understanding and following instructions in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to document care given.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
- Requirement to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or apply for and receive an approved exemption.
