Resident Care Associate

The Avalon is seeking Resident Care Associates to provide high-quality personal care to senior residents. The role emphasizes customer service and a passion for seniors, with opportunities for training for those with a strong interest in working with the elderly. Daily tasks include bathing, dressing, assisting with meals, and documenting shifts.

Requirements

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and intimate care.
• Complete resident's personal laundry as directed.
• Report to nurse on duty and Director of Health Services on unusual resident behavior.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies within scope of practice.
• Provide activities and support in a calm environment.
