Requirements
- Previous experience in assembly or hands-on mechanical work preferred
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (may include sun exposure)
- Able to climb stairs, ladders, and ramps to access boats and equipment
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Strong safety awareness and willingness to wear PPE
