Quality Manager

Freemelt is seeking a Quality Manager for our headquarters in Gothenburg who will take a holistic approach to our quality work and drive improvements across functions in the organization. We work with advanced solutions for metal-based additive manufacturing (industrial 3D-printing) in areas such as medical technology, energy, and defense.

Requirements

• Technical university education (engineer or equivalent)
• Multiple years of experience in quality work, as well as the ability to drive the work independently
• Experience in driving work towards ISO certification
• Good knowledge of deviation handling, including RCA/CAPA
• Experience in establishing, maintaining, and developing quality management systems
• Good analytical skills and experience working data-driven, including follow-up of quality data and KPIs to drive improvements
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
