Senior Supervisor Maintenance - Autonomous Fleet

Role Overview

This role will oversee and coordinate the safe, efficient operation of a designated work unit, leading cross-functional teams supporting technology and autonomous fleet maintenance.

What You Will Do

Ensure smooth operations of production shifts, provide operational input for autonomous fleet maintenance planning, enforce safety and operating procedures, and supervise first-line or shift supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a mining-related technical discipline and 3+ years of operational experience including supervisory or lead roles
• High school diploma and 7+ years of related operational experience including supervisory or lead roles
• Strong knowledge of supervisory methods, safety practices, and hazard recognition
• Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, budget administration, and effective communication
