Bilingual Sales Representative (Sales, Customer Service)

Confie is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer service, a passion for helping people, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish. The role involves selling nonstandard auto insurance, building relationships with customers, and providing guidance on insurance products.

Requirements

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
