We are seeking a Sales Manager, Flavors – Confectionery / Food Ingredients to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and execute sales plans, build long-term partnerships, and drive sustainable growth across the DACH region and selected international markets.

Requirements

• Develop and execute sales plans with a focus on expanding existing customer relationships and increasing share of wallet
• Build, maintain, and deepen long-term partnerships with established B2B customers
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, manage contracts, and contribute to achieving revenue and margin targets
• Travel regularly to visit customers, distributors, and trade fairs, representing the company professionally in the DACH region and internationally
