Analyst, AI Automation & Delivery

Frida is seeking an Analyst AI Automation & Delivery to join their IT team based in Miami, FL. The role will involve implementing, maintaining, and supporting automation solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and scale using modern low-code tools and applied AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building or supporting automation workflows in a business or technical environment
• Practical experience implementing integrations across systems, SaaS tools, APIs, or data sources
• Familiarity with applying AI tools or capabilities within workflows (e.g., summarization, classification, extraction, or decision support)
• Strong understanding of workflow concepts such as triggers, actions, conditions, and error handling
• Comfortable working with common data formats (e.g., JSON, CSV) and basic technical documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements and priorities constantly change
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
• A self-starter with an ability to complete tasks both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
