Since the launch of our cult-favorite NoseFrida, The SnotSucker, we’ve innovated and launched over 100 products that provide quick and easy solutions to age-old parenting problems. We also launched Frida Mom in 2019, with products to help women with the transition through the fourth trimester into motherhood. Today, Frida holds over a 70% share of its main category, and our products can be found in over 50+ countries and in over 40,000 stores throughout the US - in every retail channel from mass-market, grocery, chain drug, and specialty stores. Production Artist
2-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical production preparation with a focus in packaging artwork (2D), within CPG agency or in house lifestyle consumer packaged brands. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or Packaging Design & Layout. Experience with Adobe Suite, pre-press activities, image formats, file compression and optimization techniques, and package printing technologies
Content Creator
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media, 3+ years of content creation experience, and a strong portfolio
Director, Enterprise Applications
10+ years of experience, Bachelor's Degree, Strong leadership and communication skills
Graphic Designer (Packaging)
Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field, 3+ years of graphic design experience, and extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Brand Manager
5+ years of experience in CPG, Brand Management, Consulting or similar, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, Strong business acumen with an in-depth understanding of the many variables that contribute to sustainably growing a brand and business
Packaging Engineer (Structural)
3+ years of experience in developing primary, secondary, and tertiary retail and ecommerce packaging components for consumer goods industries, Bachelor's degree in Package Engineering, Packaging Science, or Industrial Design (with emphasis on packaging development)
Demand Planner
3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Retail Merchandise Planning, or CPFR within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment, Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, Strong understanding of CPG business dynamics
Senior Scientist
BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent relevant discipline; 5+ years baby care, feminine care, beauty care, formulation, and / or claims validation; Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
Brand Director
Bachelor's/Master's in Business/Marketing, 7-10+ years' experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Nielsen/IRI
Performance Marketing Manager (Amazon Lead)
