Frida is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead cost accounting and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards, as well as proven experience managing accounting teams and driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience managing accounting teams and driving process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
