Sourcing Business Analyst

Frida is seeking a Sourcing Business Analyst to join their Strategic Sourcing team based in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and play a key role in driving visibility, accountability, and execution rigor across the sourcing function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement analytics, or supply chain analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development and data modeling)
• Strong Excel skills and solid financial analysis capability
• Experience supporting RFQs, supplier analysis, or cost modeling preferred
