The shift lead will be responsible for supervising the shift, creating a positive workflow, and communicating with the Program Director. They will also be responsible for providing customer service, keeping a daily log, and reconciling and reporting monetary funds

Human services experience, team environment, CPR certification, computer skills, attention to detail, organization skills, and physical fitness required

HS diploma, early childhood care and education experience, excellent communication and organizational skills

High school degree, excellent customer service, ability to de-escalate, experience with mental health and homelessness

Previous barista experience, flexibility to work various shifts, and basic math skills are required for the Barista position

Resident Support Staff requires understanding of switchpoint’s mission and values, exceptional customer service, and simple cleaning duties

Requires reliability, energy, and a passion for serving others, with a focus on implementing Switchpoint's mission and values

Excellent customer service, ability to de-escalate, and experience in working with those who struggle with mental health and homelessness

Proven experience in facilities management or a related field, valid Utah State Driver’s License, ability to work independently and as part of a team, carpentry skills, plumbing knowledge, electrical skills, HVAC maintenance, groundskeeping, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of work experience, and a proven ability to work well with details and program delivery both individually and as a team player and leader
