Requirements

• Quality Assurance
• Audit and maintain current Service Plan for each client
• Supervise care partners and professional nurses
• Conduct regular 24- or 72-hour report
• Oversight of medication management
• Initiate and lead timely investigative measures for client concerns
• Promote teamwork within the department and between other departments
• Participate in department meetings and training sessions
• Monitor FVD hospitality standards
• Assist with recruiting and hiring practices
• Orient newly hired clinical staff members
• Perform any other specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director
• Participate in on-call rotation
