Vehicle Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

Performs repair and preventative maintenance of diesel and gasoline engines, brake systems, fuel systems, ignition and electrical systems, exhaust systems, suspension systems, hydraulic systems and vehicle and body computers. Maintenance and repair is performed on all types of vehicles including cars, vans, trucks, trailers and a variety of mobile tools and construction equipment.

What You Will Do

Performs maintenance and repair of internal combustion engines, and the following equipment and components: Derricks, Transmissions, Brake Systems, Electrical Systems, Ignition and fuel systems, Hydraulic systems, Steering and running gear, Tires, Batteries, Starters, generators, and alternators, Carburetors, Chassis- both lubrication and repair, Electronic engine emission controls, Repairs and maintains other related components as required.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have ASE certification, 5+ years of experience as a mechanic or in a closely related field, and valid state driver's license. May be required to work day, evening or night tours, overtime and weekends as required.

Benefits
