Job Description
The Field Service Technician provides support to customers at their locations, including troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment. Responsibilities include customer service, record-keeping, and emergency service maintenance. They also educate customers on preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units in the field.
- Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
- Provide on-call emergency service.
- Provide general customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
