Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician will perform various on-site support services for customers, including troubleshooting, setup, installation, and maintenance of systems and equipment. This role requires field support and communication with customers and the department manager. The technician is responsible for records maintenance, emergency support, and providing preventative maintenance guidance.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units in the field.
• Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
• Provide emergency service as required and maintain communication with the department manager.
• Provide general customer service on the phone and in person.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
