Head of Global Product Compliance (m/f/d)

As Head of Global Product Compliance, you will develop and execute the global product compliance strategy, ensure globally harmonized compliance practices, and lead a global network of compliance professionals. You will advance compliance training programs and drive change programs related to the digitalization and automation of compliance processes.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field
• Strong expertise and experience in (global) regulatory and product compliance
• Experience in a (lateral) leadership role and proven success in leading through influence within a multinational matrix organization
• Skilled in data analysis and interpretation
• Strong strategic foresight and innovation capability
• Excellent operational execution skills
• Proven track record of fostering a collaborative environment and building strong relationships
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
