Develop and execute the global product compliance strategy, ensure globally harmonized compliance practices, identify and mitigate compliance risks, and lead a global network of compliance professionals.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field
- Strong expertise and experience in (global) regulatory and product compliance and its implementation in the chemical, lubricants, or life sciences industry
- Experience in a (lateral) leadership role and proven success in leading through influence within a multinational matrix organization
- Skilled in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and potential compliance risks
- Strong strategic foresight and innovation capability
- Excellent operational execution skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Proven track record of fostering a collaborative environment and building strong relationships across the organization, regulatory forums, and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and persuasive skills across different levels and cultures
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required - additional language skills are a plus
