Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience with HRIS and other HR management software
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
