Lead ReactJs Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead React Developer to lead front-end development initiatives, design scalable UI architectures, and mentor team members. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients to understand business requirements and drive successful project execution.

What You Will Do

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, develop reusable React components, and collaborate with clients and development teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of overall software development experience
• Minimum 7 years of strong hands-on experience in React.js
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices
• Experience in designing and developing reusable React components
• Strong knowledge of API integration and asynchronous programming
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD) practices
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a client-facing role with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers
