Structures Supervisor - Wellington

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Project Supervisor in the heavy civil and structures space to join us in Wellington. You will oversee and coordinate two concrete water retaining structures, managing daily activities of your crew and contractors, ensuring quality works, and leading HSQE on site.

What You Will Do

Manage and coordinate daily activities, ensure quality works, lead and drive HSQE, maintain accurate records, troubleshoot problems, drive development, and report progress.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor/Superintendent level
• Experience in heavy civil and structural areas including bridge building, retaining walls, civil structures or commercial building utilising concrete, precast and structural steel valued at over $10M+
• Able to grow teams and encourage a positive work environment
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Good leadership and budgeting experience
