Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer will be working on a data center design project in a small team. They will focus on data center design, systems integration, and cross-organizational collaboration. Previous experience with a customer organization is a plus. A systems engineering background with experience in Linux, storage, and virtualization is essential.

Requirements

• Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline
• Seven (7) years of additional SE experience (may substitute for a degree)
• Experience with QA and CM
• Experience with managing requirements and processes
• Experience in risk management
• Experience with system testing
• Scripting languages (bash/tcl/python)
• System architecture/design
• UNIX and Linux
• MS Office
