Job Description
The Systems Engineer will be working on a data center design project in a small team. They will focus on data center design, systems integration, and cross-organizational collaboration. Previous experience with a customer organization is a plus. A systems engineering background with experience in Linux, storage, and virtualization is essential.
Requirements
- Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
- Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline
- Seven (7) years of additional SE experience (may substitute for a degree)
- Experience with QA and CM
- Experience with managing requirements and processes
- Experience in risk management
- Experience with system testing
- Scripting languages (bash/tcl/python)
- System architecture/design
- UNIX and Linux
- MS Office
