Job Description
The Stamping Supervisor oversees the manufacturing area, maintains a safe work environment, and coordinates preventative maintenance. The supervisor will also be responsible for providing training and mentoring to team leaders.
Requirements
- Maintain a safe working environment for team members.
- Track KPIS, OA, PPM, and Scrap in area of responsibility.
- Oversee and improve the Toyota Production System (TPS) within the area of responsibility.
- Manage PTO allocation for team members.
- Lead continuous improvement activities.
- Mentor team leaders and assist them in evaluations.
- Conduct disciplinary actions within company guidelines.
