Senior Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Futurae, you will lead the technical journey from discovery to implementation for seamless platform integration. You will establish yourself as a resident subject matter expert on Futurae's products and ecosystem, drive account strategies, and lead discovery sessions to map technical solutions to complex business problems.

Requirements

• Establish yourself as a resident subject matter expert on Futurae's products and ecosystem
• Drive account strategies in collaboration with Sales to win business opportunities
• Lead discovery sessions to map technical solutions to complex business problems and showcase business value
• Craft technical content and deliver platform demos tailored to customer needs
• Own the end to end execution of technical POCs for high stakes use cases
• Influence the product roadmap by distilling field feedback for Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams
