Job Description
Fancy a new customer service advisor job, working for an award winning price comparison website? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers with their online comparisons, offer clarity on product information and help customers take advantage of special offers.
Requirements
- Best in class customer service operator with experience in supporting customers within a contact centre environment or face to face.
- Experience of communicating with customers effectively via the telephone and digital channels.
- Proven general IT skills such as Word, Excel, Google Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail.
