We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing enterprise client relationships, overseeing the deployment of new and existing environments, providing expert support, and resolving complex technical queries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar role, with a focus on enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of networking, system architecture, and enterprise-grade technologies.
- Experience with deploying and managing environments in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with security concepts, including HSMs, PKI, and key management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex support scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
