Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Fairway Management. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance and possess a working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance
- Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems
- Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation
