Requirements

• Quantity take-offs, cost estimating, cost analysis, bid reviews and document management
• Creating competitive and accurate estimates to achieve margin and financial targets
• Scheduling and managing resources from start to finish
• Developing, coordinating and tracking mechanical project schedules
• Supervising and interfacing with team members to ensure mechanical projects are delivered per estimates
• Identifying resources, assigning workloads and managing schedules to ensure timely deliveries and project management
• Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting issues related to HVAC and plumbing mechanical projects
• Processing client invoicing promptly
• Generating leads and new customers
• Ensuring that team work in compliance with company policies and procedures
