Specialist - Enterprise Tooling

The Specialist – Enterprise Tooling is responsible for the administration, integration, and optimization of cloud-native and DevOps tools across the organization, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and other tools.

Requirements

• Administer and optimize Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, SonarQube, Slack, Artifactory, Op Manager, APM tools like Dynatrace/ App Dynamics/ Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Nessus tools.
• Expert in handling enterprise tools end-to-end like Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, GitHub, GitLab, ADO.
• Very good experience in handling monitoring tools like Manage Engine, Service Now, to ensure all alerting and observability of the enterprise infrastructure is ensured.
• Manage and maintain Azure cloud-native resources, including AKS clusters, Azure Web Apps, and related services, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
• Implement and oversee code security and quality tools such as GitHub Advanced Security, SAST (Static Application Security Testing), and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) integrations within CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and manage code repositories (GitHub, Azure Repos), including branch policies, permissions, and code scanning automation.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform for automated provisioning and configuration.
• Support and automate monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and related tools.
• Administer Power BI environments, ensuring secure data access, optimal performance, and effective report sharing.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and resolve toolchain issues.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Stay current with emerging DevOps/cloud tools and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance security, efficiency, and developer experience.
• Executive reporting and dashboard across the enterprise via presentations and SPOG single plane of glass) reports.
