
Job description
We're looking for a Technical Migration Consultant to join our Customer Success team. This role is a hybrid position based out of our Hyderabad, India location. You'll play a key role in helping customers successfully transition their training programs from Northpass (CE) to Skilljar.
You'll guide customers through post-migration configuration, answer platform questions, spot and resolve friction points, review migrated content, manage engagement scope, and troubleshoot and escalate when needed.
The ideal candidate has strong skills in LMS or SaaS platform administration, technical troubleshooting, and clear customer communication. You'll work closely with multiple customers simultaneously and enjoy working cross-functionally with teams like Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering.
