Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 4-5+ years of UAE experience. Strong knowledge of accounting procedures & financial statement prep. Experience with MS Excel
Technician
Maintenance & repairs of equipment, diagnosis & repair of systems, and troubleshooting. Routine maintenance is required. Knowledge of repair manuals is important
Site Engineer - Civil
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of construction experience in UAE preferred
Assistant Land Surveyor
Surveying proficiency, experience with high-rise/steel projects, & attention to detail are essential. A Civil Engineering diploma is considered a benefit. AutoCAD proficiency is required
Facility Engineer
Bachelor's in ME/EE. 3-5 years in facilities/building maintenance, preferably in UAE. Knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations
Site Engineer - MEP
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 5-8 years' experience in UAE MEP. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD & construction software
