
Job description
The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and colleagues to examine business and functional/system requirements to ensure the Health and Welfare system implementation and maintenance activities meet established standards of quality, reliability, usability, and performance.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the system solution in place reflects client's benefits, developing test scenarios, performing quality assurance tests, and ensuring system stability.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, industry-specific certifications, and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
