Client Service Executive - Commercial Lines

Role Overview

At Gallagher, we're looking for an experienced Client Service Executive to join our Commercial team. In this Executive level role, you'll oversee a significant book of business, collaborate with clients and colleagues, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You'll play a key role in building strong relationships, mentoring team members, and driving business growth.

What You Will Do

Manage and service a book of business valued at $1MM+ in revenue, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with designated Producers to make proactive strategic and tailored recommendations while overseeing the renewal process. Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required
• License required
• Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred
• Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills
