Job description
Drive operational efficiency by developing Python scripts, Power BI dashboards, and workflow automation solutions. Optimize processes assigned to the GCoE LatAm, ensuring quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows. Create and implement workflow automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Develop and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation and data analytics. Ensure all developments meet established quality standards and comply with service agreements.
