Job Description
To assist BIM Manager in managing the overall BIM execution process and ensuring that the digital model is optimised for the project’s requirements and well intergrated into the overall project plan.
Requirements
- Possess strong technical skills in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks)
- Implement and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows within the project team
- Work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other design disciplines to coordinate models
- Create various project deliverables from the BIM models
- Responsible for the organization, accuracy, and integrity of the data embedded within the BIM models
- Leverage BIM tools for in-depth analysis and simulations
- Provide technical support and training to other team members on BIM software issues and processes
- Keep up-to-date with new BIM-related software and processes
