Senior Engineer - Site

The Senior Site Engineer will lead and oversee site execution of civil, structural, and architectural works in a Data Centre construction project, managing technical coordination, supervising site operations, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and resolving engineering challenges on-site.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines
• Collaborative, resourceful, and adaptable in a dynamic site environment
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works in high-specification projects such as data centres
• Proven ability in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors on-site
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, method statements, and regulatory requirements
• Competence in technical documentation, site coordination, and design interpretation
• Skilled in solving engineering and interface issues independently
