Job Description
TKDA is seeking a Senior Professional Civil Engineer specializing in civil/site design to join a fast-growing employee-owned engineering firm. The role involves a diverse range of projects, from renewable energy to infrastructure development, within a collaborative environment where individual success impacts future growth. They seek someone with a strong focus on client relationships and project leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota
- Ten years of progressive technical design experience
- Five years of progressive project management experience
- Two years of business development experience
- Ability to apply effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop less experienced professionals
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Registered or ability to obtain registrations in additional states
- Prior experience with private commercial / industrial developers
- Prior experience with renewable energy (solar and/or wind) infrastructure
