Family Partner | Bilingual English to Spanish or Portuguese | Boston

Gandara is seeking a Family Partner who is bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese to work with families who are receiving clinical services. The Family Partner will provide education and support, attend care coordination meetings, and help families navigate the child-serving systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or HISET
• 2+ years experience working with children/adolescents/transitioning youth
• Experience as a caregiver of youth with special needs
• Bi-Lingual Spanish/English or Portuguese
