Job Description
GardaWorld is shaping the future of cash management and provides solutions in every phase of the cash supply chain, including secured transportation and cash management. We are looking for an Operations Manager to assist the Branch Manager in running the operation of our armored transportation and cash processing facilities.
Requirements
- Supervise a team of Driver/Messengers
- Ensure employees meet DOT guidelines and state/county guard and weapons requirements
- Support safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities
- Develop and maintain customer service capabilities
- Focus on process improvement and operational planning
- Assist with vault operations and fill in on routes as needed
