Strategy & Operations Manager

Garner is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role and a strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts. The role will involve executing strategic projects across the business and working directly with Garner's leadership on high-visibility initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role
• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
• A combination of a high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
