Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, 5-7 years of experience in heavy civil construction, and safety-minded leadership
Excavator Operator- Plant
5 years of construction experience, firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance, and ability to work overtime
General Operator
3-5 years of construction experience, firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance, willingness to work overtime
Laborer
Must be able to work on their feet, complete OSHA 10, and have access to reliable transportation
Pipelayer Foreman Plant
The ideal candidate should have heavy civil construction experience, prior trench safety and rigging/signaling training, and experience with pipe laying
Superintendent - Plant
8+ years heavy construction experience, 3+ years in superintendent role, and knowledge of water, wastewater, and pipeline construction
Business Development Manager
4-year degree, 5+ years of experience in water infrastructure, knowledge of CMAR, Design Build, P3, business development, and sales
Project Manager - Plant
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 7+ years of experience in water and waste-water construction industry
Pipelayer- Plant
2 years of experience installing large diameter pipes and ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
