Job Description
This position for a Strategic Facilities Planning Specialist at a Garrett facility in ZÁBORSKÉ, PREŠOV, Slovakia involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and service level. The role requires assessing indirect spend, establishing program controls, ensuring facility services efficiency, and developing process improvements. It also involves close collaboration with finance and project management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience with project management and related skills (ideally RICS, IFMA, IWFM, 6-Sigma, Prince)
- Operational experience in facilities and project management systems
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Understanding of change management principles
